PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte employed for a battery solid electrolyte, a polymeric ion conductive material or the like by dissolving a specific amount of electrolyte salt in a low-molecular polar compound that is a cyano-ethyl ether compound of a polyhydroxyl compound. SOLUTION: Cyano ethyl compound is obtained by Mikel addition. reacting acrylonitrile with a polyhydroxyl compound such as ethylene glycol, butadiol, glycerin, sorbitol or the like under existence of an acid or an alkali catalysis for 20 to 100 deg.C for 1 to 48 hours. An electrolytic salt consists of an anion such as C1O4 <-> , BF4 <-> ', or the like and an organic cation such as alkali metal to alkali earth metal such as Li<+> , K<+> , Mg<++> or the like, and the content is 0.5 to 40wt.%. It is employed for a film battery, electro-chromic element or the like. |
