PURPOSE: The aging method of a plasma display panel (PDP) is provided for the junction of PDP not to need for achieving the uniform aging, and for forming the aging in the state of not only sealing panel, but the unsealing panel, and moreover in the state of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: The aging method is achieved by interfacing two substrates of PDP with discharge gab in the atmosphere of the discharge gas, and by discharging them between the discharge electrodes which were installed at the outsides of two substrates.
