PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate connecting failures by preventing deformation in reflow soldering by providing an insulator having a part holding part, a contact having one end part connected to a contact of an electronic component and the other end part is connected to a pad of a mounting base board by soldering and an insulator deformation preventive member. SOLUTION: A plate-like deformation preventive metal plate 30 sealed at mold molding time is arranged inside a bottom plate part of a component- holding part 11 of an insulator 10. A dimension of the deformation preventive plate 30 is set so as to withstand deforming force of the insulator 10 in a reflow soldering process, to thereby prevent deformation even on a warp and a twist of the insulator 10 at normal temperature time to prevent the occurrence of connecting failure between a contact 20 and a pad 202 of a mounting base board 200 and also the occurrence of contact failure by keeping smoothness between the contact 20 and a contact of an electronic component held in the component holding part 11.
