摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a lithium ion secondary battery capable of forming an electrode lead easily and quickly using a simple device configuration and performing mass-production simply at a low cost. SOLUTION: A positive electrode sheet and a negative electrode sheet are laminated with a separator interposed and wound using an electrode lead of a certain length formed by winding an insulating resin tape 12 on a flat conductor 10 which forms an internal electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery, and the obtained winding is stored in a battery case together with electrolyte followed by sealing, and thus a lithium ion secondary battery is accomplished. In this device to manufacture lithium ion secondary batteries, a guide passage 14 is formed to parallel transport in guidance the resin tape 12 having a specified width together with the flat conductor 10 having a specified length for formation of the electrode lead, and along this guide passage a roller shaping means 16 is installed consisting of a plurality of shaping rollers 22-32 which fold the tape 12 laid parallel with the flat conductor 10 bit by bit in such a way as holding the flat conductor 10 enwrapped.
