The refuse sack holder or container takes plastic or paper refuse sacks. In its lower region, it has apertures (4), which make it easier to remove the refuse sack (2) because when it is pulled out, air from outside can flow in. There does not have to be a bottom to the container. Covers may be fitted to the top and bottom edges so that they will not be sharp enough to cut the sack
