PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a wide material lifted even when the length in a horizontal plane of a material replacing arm is shortened. SOLUTION: Since an upper face of a material replacing arm 45 has an inclination angleθdescending toward a replacing reference face SL2, a length of the arm 45 in a horizontal plane has an Acosϕwith respect to a distance A of a slope of the arm 45. The length of the arm 45 in the horizontal plane is made thereby to be shorter by A-Acosθthan the length A of the arm 45 in the horizontal plane in conventinal one, so as to save a space. A material of a width dimension A can be lifted up.
