PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device which pass through without resistance and control pressure leakage by forming a slit diagonally with respect to the direction of passage of the treatment device in a forceps stopper, where a closing membrane having a slit that returns to its original closed state by own elasticity, when the treatment device is removed. SOLUTION: An insertion opening 3 of a treatment device insertion channel 4 is provided in a projected state in a control section 2, to which the base of the insertion section of an endoscope is connected, and a forceps stopper 10 is provided there. A closing membrane 11 having a slit 12 that is normally closed and is pushed open by a treatment device inserted and returns to a normal closed state by own elasticity, when the treatment device is removed is formed integrally in this forceps cap 10. In this case, the slit 12 is formed in a negative sign shape when viewed from above, and formed diagonally with respect to the direction of passage of the treatment device, thereby enabling a treatment device to be inserted without leakage of pressure, even if the width of the slit 12 is increased, and to make the treatment device easy to be inserted without resistance.
