PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the trimmed edge of a prison to be stably formed without interrupting operation of a blow molding machine and enable automatic cleaning of a cutter without requiring manual labor by adding a scraping implement of a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the blow molding machine which cuts a parison 3 extruded from a cross head 2 to the specified length by a mobile cutter 21, a scraping implement 7 is fitted to the fixed parts 2, 10, 32 of the blow molding machine and is brought into contact with the surface of the cutter 21 moving relatively so that a matter sticking to the cutter 21 is scraped off using the scraping implement 7.
