PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a panel holding a releasing band having texture of natural stone between grooves and having especially excellent designability by forming a releasing band at one or both sides of a groove on the surface of a light- weight cellular concrete panel specifying the distance between the grooves within a specific range. SOLUTION: The distance between grooves is set to 40-600 mm. Since the distance between grooves is set to >=40 mm, the extension of the releasing band to the bottom part of the adjacent groove seldom occurs at a certain probability. A pair of releasing bands 5 having natural stone appearance are oppositely formed from the side face part 3 of two adjacent grooves 2 in bulged state relative to the base part 4 of the two adjacent grooves 2 and are protruded on the surface of the panel at the center part. Accordingly, the natural stone appearance is especially stressed from the viewpoint of design to make full use of the natural stone-like design.
