PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection quantity control device for sufficiently displaying the braking force of an exhaust brake device in a diesel engine performing deceleration-annealingly controlling fuel injection quantity. SOLUTION: When an exhaust brake is operated (NO in S160) where the degree of the decrease of fuel injection quantity must be limited (YES in S150) at the time of deceleration operation by annealing treatment (S170) at the time of deceleration, the annealing treatment (S170) is not made, and a step S180 is treated to allow the large decrease of the fuel injection quantity. Consequently the fuel injection quantity can be decreased sufficiently and quickly to fully display the braking force of an exhaust brake device.
