PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a barbecue apparatus for charcoal grilling so that charcoal can be reused, and so that the apparatus is easy to remove. SOLUTION: A pot main body 4 comprising a flat bottom and main-body-side circumferential wall portions erected from the edges of the bottom is provided and an incombustible material to be laid is laid on the overall inner surface of the pot main body 4. A charcoal placement grill 26 forming an ash space 24 below the bottom is provided between the main-body-side circumferential wall portions. A food placement grill 30 is provided forming a charcoal space 28 above the charcoal placement grill 26, and a pot lid 6 is removably mounted on the pot main body 4.
