PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oily cosmetic excellent in humectant effects and preventing effects on dryness of lipsticks, or the like, by including a specific amount of a raffinose. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by including 0.1-5 wt.% of a raffinose prepared from a eucalyptic manna, molasses of a beet, a cotton fruit, or the like, [one kind of trisaccharide having a structure of an O-α-D- galactopyranosyl-(1,6)-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-(1,2)-β-D-fructofuranoside]. Furthermore, besides the raffinose and an oil agent (e.g. cetyl alcohol or glycerol), ingredients such as a powder (a pigment, a coloring matter or a resin), a fluorine compound, a resin, a surfactant, a mucilaginous agent, a preservative, a perfume, an ultraviolet light absorber (an organic or an inorganic absorber), a humectant, salts, a solvent, an antioxidant, a chelating agent, a neutralizing agent, a pH adjustor or an insect repellent usually used in oily cosmetics can be formulated in the above cosmetic.
