PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict noise to the utmost. SOLUTION: The present burner is a triple pipe structure adherent melting flow removal burner 1 in which there are disposed a welding oxygen injection tube 13 for injecting welding oxygen for melting any adherent from a central portion at a high speed of 100 Nm/s or more, a fuel injection tube 13 for injecting a fuel from an outer periphery of the welding oxygen injection tube 12, and a combustion oxygen injection tube 14 for injecting combustion oxygen from the outer periphery of the fuel injection tube 13 concentrically. When it is assumed that an outer diameter of the combustion oxygen injection tube 14 is D mm, and a distance from a tip end of the combustion oxygen injection tube 14 to a tip end of the welding oxygen injection tube 12 is L mm, the tip end of the welding oxygen injection tube 12 is protruded from the tip end of the combustion oxygen injection tube 14 in an injection direction of the welding oxygen on a burner center line by L/D=0.5 or more. Hereby, welding oxygen injected at a high speed is prevented from entraining a fuel and the combustion oxygen so that any noise is restricted to the utmost.
