PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant temperature refrigerant solution circulating device, capable of saving energy and reducing an operation cost as well as an installation cost. SOLUTION: A refrigerating circuit 52 is provided with a hot gas circuit 58, mixing high-temperature refrigerant, discharged out of a compressor 7, into low-temperature refrigerant, supplied to an evaporator 10 through an electronic expansion valve 56, and another electronic expansion valve 59 in the circuit 58. Refrigerant solution, circulated from a load 2 into a refrigerant solution circuit unit 53, is cooled in a heat exchanger 25, into which an evaporator 10 is incorporated, and, thereafter, is mixed into refrigerant solution, circulated from the load 2, in a motor-driven three-way valve 65 whereby the refrigerant solution of a predetermined temperature is obtained. The electronic expansion valves 56, 59 are controlled by the expansion valve controller 69 of the control unit 54 while the motor-driven three-way valve 65 is controlled by a temperature controller 68 respectively.
