PURPOSE: A scrap remover is provided to pierce and burr at the same time by fitting the punch inserting hole of a die piece to the diameter of a punch and not to need strong die intensity. CONSTITUTION: With a shell(80) loaded on a lift guide block(212) and an advancing location pin, a reciprocation block(221) is advanced by an air cylinder(221a), and a burring die(223) and a die block(222) contact the shell. After that, a cam slider ascends to advance a punch slider(215) outside in all directions. Then a burring hole(80") is processed by burring and piercing on the shell with a burring punch(216). Also, a magnet(226) is advanced by an air cylinder(225). The air cylinder(221a) moves backward with the reciprocation block and moves the burring die backward with the die block. The locating pin moves backward to unload the shell and then the burring hole finishes with process.
