POLYURETHANE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR COATING BOWLING LANE AND PREPARING IT

PURPOSE: A polyurethane resin composition containing silicone additive is provided which has an excellent transparency, oil resistance, abrasion resistance and impact resistance and also uses wood grain coating resin. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane resin composition comprises a composition of polyol and urethane prepreg containing isocyanate group to 1: 1.1-1: 1.5 ratio and 0.1-0.4 weight part of silicone additive of total compositions. Thus, diphenyl methane diisocyanate and castor oil are reacted at 80°C for 8 hours to give urethane prepreg containing isocyanate group, polyol and silicone additive are mixed and dehydrated to give polyol. 50.0 g of polyol and 43.4 g of polyurethane prepreg are mixed at room temperature for 120 seconds to give the polyurethane resin.
