PURPOSE: A differential CMOS voltage comparator is provided which simultaneously normalizes an input signal and a reference voltage in order to perform normal voltage comparison even when two input signals vary with time. CONSTITUTION: An input voltage terminal Vin and a reference voltage terminal Vref are connected to both ends of a condenser C21 through switches SA21 and SA22, respectively, and the connection nodes A and B are connected to both nodes C and D of a switch SA23 through switches SB21 and SB22, respectively. The node D is connected to the ground through a condenser C22 and the node C is connected to a switch SA24 and an inverter I21 connected in parallel, and then connected to an output voltage terminal Vout through a buffer B21.
