A packaging for one or more predefined measures of water or other alimentary liquids, intended for freezing thereof, is described, said packaging essentially consisting of a sheet (12) with one or more recessed portions (12a) on one of its sides, each defining a cavity containing a measure of water. The sheet (12) has, applied to it, on its opposite side to the aforementioned side, a protective sealing film (14) which can be removed from the said sheet.
