PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-impregnating equipment for a filament bundle, used for producing a glass fiber reinforced polyurethane molded foam by placing an upper bed and a lower one for nipping an advancing bundle of filaments placed side by side and perforating many delivery bores for a resin-including liquid in the upper bed so as to have uniform distribution in the underside of the upper bed. SOLUTION: This resin-impregnating equipment has an upper bed 3 and a lower one for nipping an advancing bundle of filaments placed side by side and by perforating many delivery bores 33 for a resin-including liquid in the upper bed 3 so as to have uniform distribution on the undersurface 34 of the upper bed. The filament is e.g. glass fiber, a monofilament made of polyamide, polyester, polyolefin or the like, or a yarn covered with staple, or the like. The upper bed 3 has a chamber 31 for housing the resin-including liquid in a pressurized state. The bores 33 extend from the chamber 31 to the underside 34 of the upper bed 3, and have preferably 1 mm diameter and 10-30 mm spacing. |
