PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject roll paper capable of certainly and stably planting a certain amount of hull-seeds in a certain interval by arranging and sealing seeds of a plant between upper and lower roll paper in specific positions. SOLUTION: This seed-sealing roll paper arranges and seals a certain amount of seeds A in a certain interval between the upper roll paper and the lower roll paper. The roll paper can arrange a certain amount of seeds A in a certain interval and further a certain amount of a fertilizer B around the seeds A and seals them. Thus, seeds, amounts of the seeds and the fertilizer in a direct row sowing and planting intervals are not only accurately and uniformly carried out, but this is effective for simplifying a mechanism and structure of a planting machinery.
