PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for vehicle being not so simple to such extent that a surface skin cover is unduly removed by a user and allowing a worker to remove the surface skin cover easily at the time of disassembly. SOLUTION: This is a seat for vehicle 1 in which a seat constituent body provided with a frame 12 and a pad 9 is covered with a surface skin cover 8 covering an outer side of a seat 4 and a terminal part of the surface cover 8 is fixed on the seat constituent body. A locked part 13 for fixing the terminal part of the surface cover 8 is provided in the seat constituent body, and a locking piece part 20 hooked and fixed on the locked part 13 and a projecting piece part 24 deforming the locking piece part 20 by applying a force are provided in the terminal part of the surface cover 8. Moreover, the projecting piece part 24 is arranged in such a way that it is hidden on an inner side of the seat 4.
