摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanization apparatus wherein working efficiency can be remarkably improved by simultaneously and separately processing a plurality of green tires and vulcanized tires. SOLUTION: A tire receiving position X1, a tire feeding position X2, a tire vulcanization position X3 and a tire taking-out position X4 are arranged and a receiving cradle 2 for receiving a green tire T1 at the tire receiving position, a tire feeding device 7 for receiving the green tire on the receiving cradle 2 at the tire feeding position X2 and setting it on a bottom mold 3, a top mold 5 for vulcanizing and molding the green tire between it and the bottom mold at the tire vulcanization position and a taking-out device 4 for receiving a vulcanized tire T2 from the top mold at the tire vulcanization position and setting it in a pressurizing and cooling device 6 at the tire taking-out position and taking out a cooled tire T3 on a carrying-out conveyer 8 are provided. A moving device 11 moving simultaneously back and forth the receiving cradle 2, the bottom mold 3 and the taking-out device among the positions by moving back and forth a moving unit 1 wherein the receiving cradle 2, a bottom mold 3 and the taking-out device are integrally connected is provided.
