<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve shortening of a cycle time, increase of a product recovery rate and reduction of power consumption by a method wherein a product purging process of a reversal direction flow, and a partial product repressurizing process are simultaneously executed in that wherein a gas product enriched from a feed gas mixture by using an adsorber is manufactured. SOLUTION: A pressurized feed gas is introduced into a feed end of an adsorber 21 which maintains a solid adsorbent for adsorbing preferentially an adsorption constituent, an effluent gas of which a non adsorbed constituent is enriched is drawn out from a product end of the adsorber 21, and a part thereof is stored in a gas storing tank 31. Then, after ending introduction of a pressurizing feed gas into the adsorber 21, a pressure inside the adsorber 21 is reduced, and an adsorber effluent gas inside the gas storing tank 31 is introduced into one end part of the adsorber 21 while the gas is drawn out from the other end part of the adsorber 21. Thereby, a pressure inside the adsorber 21 is maintained at a minimum pressure. Thereafter a repressurizing-purging process wherein a repressurizing gas is introduced into the adsorber 21 to repressurize the adsorber 21, and the repressurizing gas is sucked out from one end part of the adsorber 21, is executed.</p> |
