The rear door hinge comprises a fixed knuckle (21) which is installed on the door foot and a movable knuckle (1) which is mounted on the door. The knuckles are connected by an intermediate hinge (11). Selective coupling of the knuckles is obtained by locking means (30,32,35) which lock the rotation of the intermediate hinge relative to the fixed knuckle. Second locking means (50,51,53) lock rotation of the movable knuckle relative to the intermediate hinge.
