<p>Platelet-activating-factor acetylhydrolase activity can be directly assayed safely, quickly, conveniently and accurately at a high sensitivity by using a PAF-analogous compound containing a chromophore substituent in its structure as a substrate and, further, using an inhibitor for an esterase activity-related substance other than platelet-activating-factor acetylhydrolase.</p> |
