PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize transmission/reception of electronic data interchange(EDI) data without being conscious of a configuration of a business establishment or a factory of an opposite enterprise and to specify a client terminal to which the EDI(electronic data interchange) data are to be distributed, depending not on a transaction type code but on job message contents. SOLUTION: When EDI data having a sender enterprise code are sent, a destination enterprise code, a transaction type code and contents of a transaction message) from a client terminal A of an enterprise a to a client terminal B of an enterprise B, a local server L1 uses a distribution analysis section to analyze the EDI data and sends the data to a center server S1 according to contents of the sender enterprise code, the destination enterprise code, and the transaction type code, a center server S1 uses a distribution analysis section to analyze the EDI data, discriminates the destination client terminal B according to the job message contents and sends the EDI data to the client terminal B.
