PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stable garbage loading operations to be expectable for a long period of time. SOLUTION: In this switching mechanism, a pin 28 is integrally and projectingly made up in a flange part 27b integrally made up in one side end of a cylindrical part of a turning member 27, attaching one end of a resin made transmission member 33 to the outer end face of a turning shaft 5, and the pin 28 integrally and projectingly made up in the flange part 27b of the turning member 27 is floatingly fitted in a slit notched inward from the tip of an arm part integrally extended out of the transmission member 33, and then a detecting switch 10 is attached position-adjustably to a switch mount 21. In addition, the detecting switch 10 and a detecting plate 30 both are position-adjustably attached to a side face of the flange part of the turning shaft 5 so as to have them parallelly opposed via a slight clearance in the axial direction of the turning shaft 5.
