PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan mounting device which reduces noise by suppressing the vibration of a mounting board. SOLUTION: Since a mounting board 4 is provided with a rib 7, the vibration of the mounting board can be suppressed. Moreover, the mounting board is split into a plurality of mounting boards, and also since a damping material is interposed between the mounting boards, it ceases to interfere with the vibration of other fan, consequently this mounter can suppress the vibration of the mounting plate. Moreover, since an auxiliary mounting plate provided with an air vent corresponding to an air vent 4a is attached through a damping material, and a fan is attached to the auxiliary mounting plate, this fan mounter can prevent the vibration of the fan from being transmitted to the mounting plate. By doing it this way, it becomes possible to reduce the noise by suppressing the vibration of the mounting board.
