PURPOSE: A flat image display is provided to depress the dispersion of an electron beam by locating a shadow mask in front of an anode screen, and to improve the light efficiency by forming a metal foil on a fluorescent plate of the anode screen. CONSTITUTION: A flat image display include a board plate(not shown) with an anode emitting an electron beam, an anode screen(22) with an R, G, B patterned fluorescent plate formed by the collis ion of the electron beam with the anode screen, a magnetic plate(23), and a shadow mask(21). The magnetic plate with plural first beam holes(23a) is located against the anode screen. The shadow mask includes plural second beam holes(21a) for the electron beam to land on the fluorescent plate and is implemented between the magnetic plate and the anode screen. |
