PURPOSE: A control apparatus of combustion is provided to prevent the gas toxication caused by taking off a gas flue and to maintain the pleasant indoor environment by controlling the combustion depending upon the taking-off of a gas flue. CONSTITUTION: Air is introduced into a combustion chamber(51) through an air feed pipe(55) and mixed with fuel to be burned when working a heater(50). Then, the combustion air is exhausted to the outside of the heater through an exhaust pipe(53) after heating the air in a heat exchanger(52). The exhaust pipe is connected with a gas flue(54) extended to the outside of a wall body(60) so the exhaust gas as to be exhausted to outside. A temperature sensor(56) is installed on the last end of the gas flue to detect the temperature of the last end while working the heater. A control unit(57) stops the combustion by recognizing the gas flue to be taken off if the temperature of the gas flue falls lower than the set range. That is, the control unit prevents the exhaust gas from being discharge to a room by stopping working the heater. Also, an alarming device sounds a buzzer or lights on an alarm lamp to inform a user of the taken-off state of the gas flue.
