PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data communication device which reduces running costs and can speed up communication response. SOLUTION: A data communication system consists of plural data accumulators equipped with data communication equipment 31 and a management center equipped with a base station. In data communication equipment 31 in one of the data accumulators, a transmission/reception part 41 and a communication part 42 perform in parallel communication with the base station and communication with other data accumulators by using different slots by control to a sequence management part 45. Then, according to communication contents with the base station, data of all the data accumulators are collected and transmitted to the base station. In communicating data, since the line of the base station is not disconnected, running costs can be reduced and a quicker response for communication can be made.
