HIGH FREQUENCY SWITCHING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switching circuit capable of exhibiting expected performance to a high frequency signal even by a diode whose junction capacitance is relatively large. SOLUTION: This high frequency switching circuit uses a line 11 that is branched into plural parts on the way from one end (1) to the other ends (2) and (3), stubs 12a and 12b having the length L2 that is about 1/4 wavelength of a high frequency signal are respectively provided at positions L1 that are separated from the fork 11a of the line 11 toward the other ends by about 1/4 wavelength of the high frequency signal, diodes A and B are respectively provided between the front ends of the stub 12a and 12b and ground potential and a high frequency signal inputted from one end (1) of the line 11 is selectively outputted from either of the other ends (2) and (3) by selectively turning on the diodes A and B.
