PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-up circuit which warms up in a short time corresponding to a restart period when the power of a device temporarily fails. SOLUTION: This warm-up circuit 1 which controls a rise time of a crystal oscillator 4 having a constant temperature bath used by a base station device for mobile communication is provided with a voltage level detecting part 12 which detects that power feeding from a power source is temporarily stopped when the base station device for mobile communication operates, a clock output controlling part 14 which counts time when the part 12 becomes equal to or more than a prescribed voltage and outputs a control signal and a buffer 3 which outputs a clock signal of the oscillator 4 having a constant temperature bath according to the control signal of the part 14. |
