PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system which gives consideration to the troubles including the reprinting etc. and to the available periods of images and also which can attain a simple operation by deciding whether a print request should be accepted or not based on the available periods of images which are used by the print request. SOLUTION: An order receiving means retrieves whether or not the data having an image ID to be decided and having no blank space of an available period are contained in an original image position management table (S4401). If the said data are not included in the table, the absence of images is notified to end the processing (S4403). If the said data are included in the table, the available period is extracted from the retrieved original image position management data and stored in a RAM (S4404). It's decided whether or not the available period has passed by comparing the current date that is managed by an OS with the date stored in the RAM (S4405). Thus, the complete printing is possible for a transmitted or received print order.
