PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in adhesion to an amide resin, rubber elasticity (such as compression set), and mechanical strengths by compounding specified amounts of polyvinyl chloride, a rubber component containing a specified amount of a tetrahydrofuran-insoluble crosslinked component, a plasticizer, and a polyolefin resin modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative), as the main ingredients. SOLUTION: This composition contains, as the main ingredients, 100 pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride; 30-300 pts.wt. rubber component (preferably, a nitrile rubber) containing at least 30 wt.% tetrahydrofuran-insoluble crosslinked component; 40-250 pts.wt. plasticizer; and 3-100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin (e.g. polyethylene) modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid (preferably maleic acid) or its derivative. If necessary, a filler (e.g. calcium carbonate) in an amount of 3-100 wt.% of the rubber component is incorporated into the composition. If necessary, a crosslinker is incorporated to cause crosslinking during mixing and kneading to thereby increase the crosslinked component.
