PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material for wiring by which cables housed in a wiring groove can be easily prevented from sticking out. SOLUTION: This floor material 2 for wiring is provided with block-shaped sections 3 for forming a floor, and the block-shaped sections 3 are arranged on a foundation floor face 1 at every specified distance to form wiring grooves 4. The floor material 2 is provided with sticking out-preventive pieces 6 which extend from the block-shaped sections 3 to the wiring groove 4 side and cover the upper part of the cables 5 housed in the groove 4 to prevent the cables from sticking out. The sticking out-preventive piece 6 is deformably formed so as to elastically bend at the thin part 6b. Further, the piece is formed so as to be opened or closed between the opened position where the cables 5 are put in the groove 4 and the closed position where the cables 5 housed in the groove 4 are prevented from sticking out.
