PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe transfer device on a wall face which can transfer along a plurality of different wall faces. SOLUTION: This transfer device is provided with a first transfer structure 3 which can axially transfer along a first guide rail 1 positioned in the underside, a second transfer structure 4 which can axially transfer along a second guide rail positioned in the upperside, and a tranfer body 5 which is disposed between both structures so as to stride over them and integrally transferred together with respective transfer structures 3, 4. The first transfer structure 3 and the second transfer structure 4 are provided with a traveling roller 11 which can travel on the upper face of respective guide rails 1 and whose traveling direction line L1 is freely changeable within a specified range of angle and a regulation means 12 regulating both horizontal and vertical relative displacements of respective traveling rollers 11 against respective guide rails 1.
