LOADER BUCKET CONSTRUCTION FOR ASSEMBLING ROBOT

PURPOSE: A bucket for a front-end loader is provided to be formed by simple structure to tack-weld in a proper position as processing components by a robot. CONSTITUTION: A bucket(10) contains a wrap around panel(12) which is a main unit by being composed of a single sheet. Herein, the wrap around panel contains a lower panel or a lower wall(14) and an upright back wall, and the back wall is connected to the lower wall by a curved seam wall(18). The back wall contains plural tabs and the tabs are used for positioning components to be attached at the wrap around panel. The tabs are also used for deciding the position of an adaptor(22) for attaching which is a welded subassembly of equipping when assembling and finally welding the bucket. The rear part or the back wall of the bucket formed by the wrap around panel is inclined forward from the curved seam wall and ends at an upper rail(24) having a section formed as a box type.
