摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a fault caused by a static electricity by reducing dielectric properties of each plate layer, lowering a voltage by stored charge as a minimum limit, decreasing possibility of generating an arc, and using a conductive film as a plate base. SOLUTION: A plate 100 is constituted of an image region 110 and non-image regions 112, 114. The region 114 has an uppermost layer 120 selected with respect to affinity in a lithographic printing meaning of a connected state to both clamps 105a, 105b, an ablation layer 125 of an imaging layer selectively destroyed with an imaging radiation, and a base 120 having an affinity reverse to that of the layer 120. A plate is appeared as a slotlike gap 135 for receiving an ink at a position where the layer of the base 130 is developed by imaging. A series of visible faults 150 exhibit positions for generating an arc to reduce a dielectric strength between a charged surface and a ground potential by setting the base 130 to a dielectric or semiconductive property.
