PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket assembling device to assemble a gasket without the occurrence of defective fit-in. SOLUTION: A gasket assembling device comprises a work setting table to determine and fix the position of a work, an undersurface plate 6 to horizontally support a gasket 2, inner and outer molds 4 and 5 holding the gasket 2 on the under surface plate 6 in a state to be matched with the shape of the fit-in groove 1b of a work 1 during press-in of the gasket 2 and forming a guide mold 30 during press-in of the gasket 2, and a press-in keep 14 inserted in the fit-in groove 1b of a work 1 by pressing the gasket 2. When the gasket 2 is charged in the gasket assembly device and set in the guide mold 30, a gap S being 20% or more of the height of the gasket 2 is provided between the inner mold 4, and the outer mold 5 and the undersurface plate 6, and the gasket 2 is held protruding from the lower ends of the inner and outer molds 4 and 5.
