PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing sterilizing device that retains the safeness of a waste liquid of the cleansing strilizing device. SOLUTION: The cleansing sterilizing device is equipped with a preliminary sterilization mechanism 16 that sterilizes preliminarily an object to be cleansed that is encased in a casing 1, with ozonized water, and a cleansing mechanism 17 that cleanses the preliminarily sterilized object to be cleansed by cleansing water. Therefore, as the object to be cleansed that is preliminarily sterilized by ozonized water in the preliminarily sterilizing mechanism 16 and the waste of a liquid used for the preliminary sterilization are sterilized by ozonized water, they are safe. As the object to be cleansed that is preliminarily sterilized is safe, the waste of the cleansing liquid used for cleansing the safe object to be cleansed in the cleaning mechanism 17 is also safe. Therefore, the safeness of the waste liquid of the cleansing and sterilizing device is retained.
