PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an axial dimension in an outer shape of a blower unit for a vehicle air conditioner. SOLUTION: In this blower unit for a vehicle air conditioner that switches a passage of air fed by a centrifugal blower 60, a servomotor 82 for driving a rotary door 70 is disposed on the same side as an electric motor 62 with respect to a centrifugal multiblade fan 61. Thereby, compared with the case that the servomotor 82 is disposed on the opposite side of the electric motor 62 with respect to the centrifugal multiblade fan 61, an axial dimension in an outer shape of the blower unit can be reduced.
