PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing bag having a compact constitution by enclosing a deodorizing sheet and an odor removing sheet in a sheath having air permeability at least at one side to an integral structure. SOLUTION: A deodorizing sheet 7 is formed at one surface side as an air permeable sheet 2 of a nonwoven fabric or the like made of a polyethylene or the like, and at the other surface side of a nonpermeable sheet 3 of a polyethylene film or the like. A sticky material layer 4 is provided on a back surface side of the sheet 3, and covered with a release sheet 5. An odor removing sheet 6 is made of an odor removing agent made of a carbonate or the like of a magnesium or the like. The sheets 6 and 7 are enclosed in a sheath 1, which is heat sealed at its outer periphery 1a. The sheet 7 can be also manufactured by dispersively disposing a powder-like or granular deodorant and a hot melt adhesive on a non-heat fusible nonwoven fabric, superposing a non-heat fusible nonwoven fabric, and then hot pressing them.
