SUBSTANCE: device has serial optical circuit of two positive spherical lenses, which are turned into opposite sides with respect to laser beam in plane of maximal angular divergence of laser beam. Distance s from laser output to first lens, lens focal length f and inclination angle alpha of lens axes with respect to laser beam axis conform to specified conditions.
