<p>Systems and methods automatically hand-off calls and call information, without interruption, between a mobile communication device in a communication with a remote network and a reference point in communication with a local network. A proximity sensing device senses when a wireless communication device is within a predetermined range of the reference point and signals a switching center to initiate a call hand-off from the remote network to the local network. When the wireless communication device moves away from the reference point, the call is automatically transferred back to the remote network.</p> |
