PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a novel portable folding chair which is more cozy than the conventional portable folding chairs and offers excellent comfortability. SOLUTION: The chair framework 1 of the portable folding chair having a seat woven fabric 2 on a freely foldable chair framework 1 is further provided with a pair of freely foldable armrests 5 having cup rests and a freely attachable and detachable foot rest 3 and head rest 4. As a result, not only the hip and the back but the entire part of the body including both arms, both feet and the head as well may be supported with good balance when the chair is used at the time of taking a rest in a garden, out of doors, etc., and, therefore the comfortability is additionally improved.
