摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic core for a high frequency acceleration cavity having a large μ'Qf value, and a high frequency acceleration cavity using the magnetic core. SOLUTION: This magnetic core is a molded magnetic core 3a and prepared by winding a nano-crystal soft magnetic core alloy thin strip having a bcc-Fe solid solution crystal of a mean grain size equal to or less than 100 nm and a layer to layer insulation film at least on one surface, and occupying 50% or more of a tissue. In this case, the magnetic core is formed to have a cavity 10 at least on a part of the magnetic path of the molded magnetic core 3a. A stack of cores having a plurality of the magnetic cores arranged in series are arranged so as to oppose one another via a high voltage gap, thereby providing an excellent high frequency acceleration cavity.
