PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information filter device by which information is classified, rearranged according to the degree of a user's necessity and provided to the user in the order of high necessity. SOLUTION: A vector generation part 25 converts key words assigned to the information into vectors to generate a metric on which user's interest is reflected. Further, it is divided and the information is presented in the decreasing order of scores obtained by calculating the interest of the user by using the vectors and divided metrics.
