PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electric field of the edge optical diode sensor of an optical diode sensor array to be shaped. SOLUTION: An array 54 composed of optical diode sensors, which are each electrically connected to the inside of a board 40 and conduct charges at a rate proportional to the intensity of light received by them, is provided on the board 40. A ring 52 formed of protective optical diode sensors, each composed of a protective anode connected to a prescribed anode voltage 49 and a protective cathode connected to a static protective cathode voltage 50 is provided around the array 54 of optical diode sensors.
