PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming device having a structure capable of efficiently attaching a fixing unit to a device main body by pressing it from both side surfaces. SOLUTION: A pair of fixing unit fixing members 21 is turnably installed by a rotary supporting shaft 23 on the device main body 13, and the fixing unit 8 is held between both side surfaces. The fixing unit fixing member 21 is provided with a fixing protrusion 22 in the middle of a free end and a longitudinal direction. They are set as a pair, and a fixing unit 8 is joined and fixed by engaging with the front surface and the upper surface of the fixing unit 8 when both side surfaces of the fixing unit 8 are held by a pair of the fixing unit fixing members 21.
